1. Migration from Bitrix24 to Tilda

Client: a company in the tourism sector
Goal: launch a new website quickly, test demand and build a stable flow of inquiries
The starting point
The client's first website was built on Bitrix24. In practice it turned out to be bulky and inconvenient — even small edits took a lot of time, and pages loaded slowly, especially on mobile devices.
The problem was obvious: some users simply left before the page finished loading, never seeing the client's offer.
My decision
I decided to migrate fully to Tilda. This builder allowed me to:
- deliver fast page loads including on mobile, with no complex optimisation required;
- quickly create landing pages for different business directions and edit content without a developer;
- add complex elements via custom code when necessary;
- lay the groundwork for SEO.
For me it was important to launch the site within a short timeframe while retaining flexibility for future changes.
How I did it
I built the site from scratch. In two weeks I prepared several landing pages based on a keyword cluster and the interests of the target audience.
The primary goal was to launch ads and receive the first leads as quickly as possible.
The new pages featured clear offers, inquiry forms and contact details — everything needed for an immediate campaign launch.

2. Launching ad campaigns in Yandex.Direct
Goal
Quickly test demand and start receiving calls and inquiries from target customers.
How I worked
I launched ad campaigns with geo-targeting on Moscow, Vladimir, Kaluga, Zavidovo, Konakovo and part of the Tver region.
I selected relevant search queries for each region and wrote tailored ads highlighting the benefits for local customers.
I optimised ad scheduling by time of day and device type to maximise campaign efficiency.
Traffic was sent to the fresh Tilda landing pages — clear, logical and with a compelling offer.
Results
Within the first weeks after launch I was already receiving a steady stream of targeted inquiries.
Yandex.Direct became the primary source of initial clients and confirmed sustained demand for the client's services.

3. SEO optimisation: a step towards stable growth
Task
Strengthen the site's position in search results and gradually reduce dependence on paid traffic.
What I did
- set up correct H1–H3 headings, meta descriptions and page structure;
- connected web analytics and Yandex.Webmaster to monitor indexing;
- refined copy with regional semantics in mind;
- monitored technical health and site speed.
The site gradually began to rise in search rankings, delivering a steady increase in organic traffic.

Conclusion
For me this case was a striking example of how a combination of three tools can deliver powerful results:
- A modern Tilda website — user-friendly, fast and easy to scale.
- Yandex.Direct — a quick start with first leads within a couple of weeks.
- SEO optimisation — stable organic traffic growth and reduced advertising costs.
This approach gives a business not only fast results but also a solid foundation for scaling and entering new regions.
